Sunset Seaview Restaurant / Bar Viewpoint

Sunset Sea View Viewpoint Bar is the perfect spot for those who want to enjoy a great view with minimal travel and effort. Located just off the main road on the way out of Sairee towards Mae Haad, Sunset Sea View Viewpoint Bar is located at the top of a short but steep section of road. 

Access

Coming out of Sairee on the main road take the second exit on the left after monsoon gym. After 100 metres or so climbing upwards, the road bears round to the right and you arrive directly at Sunset Sea View Viewpoint Bar. Easy! The road can sometimes be a little easy to miss, although if you go too far and need to turn around, there is a brightly coloured sign clearly visible when coming from the other direction. 

Fees

There are no fees to go inside as long as you buy something to eat or drink. If you want to take photos without purchasing anything, then you may be charged a small fee. 

Services & Facilities

Sunset Sea View Viewpoint Bar offers a varied menu and Thai and western dishes, along with a range of cold soft drinks, fruit shales, spirits, and local beers. 

The family that runs the bar and restaurant have built a large decking from which you can enjoy the view. Low tables and Thai cushions comprise most of the seating. 

Sunrise or Sunset? 

Sunset. Looking directly west into the setting sun, Sunset Sea View Viewpoint Bar is definitely best enjoyed at the end of the day as the sun starts to drop over the horizon
