FAQ
  1. Does the bus have air conditioning?
Absolutely! While every bus company we work with provides air conditioning as a standard feature, it’s important to mention that in certain older models, the air conditioning might not operate as efficiently as it does in newer ones.

  2. I have extra baggage, will I be charged extra?
Maybe, yes. In certain situations, additional fees may apply for extra items like sports equipment. For example, Lomprayah might check your luggage, and if it exceeds 15 kilograms, there could be an extra fee.

  3. I have a baby and a small child, what’s the cost?
If the child can sit on your lap, it’s normally complimentary. With Lomprayah, you usually receive a 50% discount if the child occupies a seat.
