Milk & Honey is one of Koh Tao’s few dedicated Middle Eastern eateries. The owners pride themselves on the quality of their authentic Israeli cuisine. There is some additional influence from the Mediterranean and North Africa. The café sits in a large, spacious garden so we’re expecting expansion to homegrown organic ingredients shortly. With its driveway leading down from the road, there is plenty of on-site parking for scooters and bicycles.

The premises itself is light and airy with plenty of shade and fans to ensure a comfortable eating experience. The café comprises several seating areas. Choose between taking in some sun on the outside patio, or relaxing on a shady indoor table. You can also make yourself comfortable on a sofa in the air-conditioned chill-out room. The chill-out room is complete with a library of books that diners are welcome to read during their visit.

Food

Serving traditional Middle Eastern cuisine with a modern flair, Milk & Honey offers breakfasts, snacks, lunches, and a few larger meal options too. Salads, pita pockets, homemade hummus, and a range of sides like tahini, babaganoush, falafels, and labneh cheese are available daily. Most options are vegetarian and vegan friendly, although a range of meat dishes are also featured. If you have any space left after your meal, be sure to check out the ‘fridge of temptation.’ It is full of yummy goodies like home-baked banana bread and chocolate brownies.
