Owned and operated by American pitmaster Jim, Flaming Hog BBQ prides itself on its authentic sauces and a hickory smoking technique that has been passed down for generations and adapted over time to their current method. In fact, Jim claims to be the only living soul that knows the recipes!
By paying close attention to concentrations, temperature, and smoking time, Flaming Hog BBQ provides authentic Texan cuisine at an affordable price using the best and freshest cuts of meat available. Flaming Hog is open daily for eat-in, take away and delivery. The team is very responsive on Messenger, making online orders easy to place.
Flaming Hog BBQ is a meat lovers’ dream and the menu comprises chicken, ribs, and sandwiches, plus some combos and platters and a range of sides and sauces. You can choose from a half or full chicken, half or full racks of ribs, buffalo chicken, smoked chicken, pulled pork or chilli. Sides of jacket potatoes, sweetcorn, coleslaw, and potato salad are also homemade, and sauce options include traditional BBQ, ranch, and blue cheese.
The Flaming Hog BBQ shares it’s eat-in restaurant space with Cantina de Koh Tao and offers a standard drinks menu comprising soft drinks, local beers, house wine, and a selection of spirits.
