Lung Pae is located just off the road to Tanote Bay. The journey there is not challenging, but if you prefer not to ride, a complimentary taxi service is at your disposal for both pick-ups and drop-offs upon request.

Lung Pae is one of the best restaurants on the island. Its secluded location makes it a preferred choice primarily among Koh Tao residents. Most tourists often overlook it unless it is explicitly recommended. Owned and run by a friendly and welcoming local Thai family. Lung Pae sits on a mountainside overlooking the local government offices, police station, and Chalok Bay. If you go in the daytime or for sunset, you’ll be able to make out many Koh Tao landmarks from the open-air balcony, including Deisha View and John Suwan viewpoints.
